Louis W. "Bill" Ringger was a sergeant in the United States Army and an officer in the United States Air Force. He received his Batchelor's Degree from the University of Memphis (then Memphis State University) and his Juris Doctor from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. Bill has practiced law for over twenty-five years. He is married and has two children.
